By booking and participating in any activity or service provided by Moors with Marco, you agree to the following:
Health & Fitness
You confirm that you are in good physical health and possess the required level of fitness to safely participate in the activity. You understand that outdoor activities, including guided bike rides, involve physical exertion and carry inherent risks of injury.
Equipment
You confirm that you will arrive with all required equipment as listed on our website (www.moorswithmarco.com), and that your bike (whether owned or hired) is in safe, working condition. A properly fitting helmet is mandatory.
Risk Acknowledgement
You understand and accept that participation involves risks including, but not limited to, personal injury, illness, property loss or damage. You take part entirely at your own risk.
Guide Instructions
You agree to follow all instructions given by the guide. Failure to do so may result in removal from the activity without refund.
Safety & Behaviour
You agree to act responsibly and in a way that does not endanger yourself or others. We reserve the right to cancel your participation without refund if your behaviour is unsafe or inappropriate.
Cancellations & Refunds
You understand that cancellations made within 7 days of the service date are non-refundable. At our discretion, we may offer to reschedule your booking.
Limitation of Liability
While we take all reasonable steps to provide a safe and enjoyable experience, Moors with Marco is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage unless it results from proven negligence or breach of duty of care.
Photography & Videography
Photographs and video footage may be taken during the activity for use in Moors with Marco promotional materials, including social media, our website, and other marketing platforms. We will always seek to ensure that imagery is respectful and used appropriately. By participating, you consent to this use. If you do no not wish to appear in any photographs or videos, or if you later wish to withdraw your consent, please inform us at any time by contacting moorswithmarco@outlook.com. We will stop using your image in new materials and, where reasonably possible, remove it from existing ones.
